Reservations:
Appointments are recommended. We will call you one or two days before your reservation to confirm your date and time. Punctuality: Time is valuable to all of us. Punctuality is a necessity for all reservations. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to all facial, body, and massage services so that you may change, relax, and receive the full benefit of your reservation time. Any client arriving 15 minutes past the time of his or her reservation may be asked to reschedule, or shorten their scheduled service time. Cancellation: Advance notice is appreciated on all cancellations. Facials, massages, body treatments, spa packages, and all color services require a 24 hour cancellation notice. Failure to cancel with a minimum 24 hour notice will result in a credit card charge for half of the service’s value before being able to rebook another service. Payment: Avalon accepts checks and the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER. Gratuities: If you desire to leave a gratuity to a staff member, it can be left as - cash or check (a small envelope will be provided for that purpose) - Unfortunately, gratuities cannot be left on credit cards. Children: Out of respect to our other guests and for their own safety, children (12 and under) are not allowed in the services areas unless they are receiving a service themselves. Also, children may not be in the retail area unless supervised by an adult at all times. Avalon appreciates your cooperation. Cell Phones: Out of courtesy to our other guests, we ask that cell phones be switched to silent mode and to please keep the volume of your cell phone conversations to a minimum while at Avalon. Smoking: Avalon is a non smoking environment. |
